We are Locked In Fathers Alliance, a community committed to empowering Fathers by creating safe spaces to connect, share, and navigate the unique journey of fatherhood together. While our focus is on celebrating and exploring the unique experiences of Black fatherhood, fathers of all backgrounds and ethnicities are welcomed to join us and take what they can from the experience. We believe in strength, unity, and the power of brotherhood in shaping the future of our families, and community.

Founder
I'm Ervin Yashar Jones, a proud father of three. I started this organization because, as a Black men, we often lack the spaces to openly express our emotions and experiences as fathers. I wanted to create a community where we can connect, share, and support one another, because fatherhood shouldn’t be a journey walked alone."
